01. Before filling out the online application, candidates must go through the detailed advertisement available on Health Vista Group’s website. Please proceed to fill the form only if you are satisfied that you possess the minimum essential qualifications. Otherwise, your application will be rejected.
ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने से पहले, उम्मीदवारों को हेल्थ विस्टा ग्रुप की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध विस्तृत विज्ञापन अवश्य देखना चाहिए। कृपया तभी आवेदन करें जब आपके पास आवश्यक योग्यताएँ हों, अन्यथा आवेदन अस्वीकृत कर दिया जाएगा।

02. Fill all details carefully. Wrong or incomplete details may lead to rejection. Once submitted after fee payment, no changes can be made.
सभी विवरण ध्यानपूर्वक भरें। गलत या अधूरी जानकारी से आवेदन अस्वीकृत हो सकता है। शुल्क भुगतान के बाद आवेदन में कोई बदलाव संभव नहीं होगा।

03. Use correct and active mobile number & email ID. All communication will be made through them only.
सही और सक्रिय मोबाइल नंबर एवं ईमेल आईडी भरें। सभी संचार इन्हीं के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

04. Candidates meeting eligibility criteria may apply for multiple posts. Separate fee will apply for each post. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
पात्रता मानदंड पूरे करने वाले उम्मीदवार एक से अधिक पदों के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। प्रत्येक पद के लिए अलग शुल्क लागू होगा। अधूरे आवेदन अस्वीकार किए जाएंगे।

05. The examination fee is ₹300 INR for all posts. Once paid, it will not be refunded.
सभी पदों के लिए परीक्षा शुल्क ₹300 है। एक बार जमा किया गया शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।

06. No need to send physical copies of your documents to the company’s office.
दस्तावेजों की हार्ड कॉपी कंपनी के कार्यालय में भेजने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

07. Health Vista Group reserves the right to make changes if required.
आवश्यकता पड़ने पर हेल्थ विस्टा ग्रुप बदलाव करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
