Consultation, registration, or service fees are non‑refundable under any circumstances. Once payment is made, it cannot be returned, either partially or fully, even in case of cancellation.
To cancel your booking or registration, email our support team at info@healthvistagroup.in with your full name, registration/booking ID, and reason for cancellation. Cancellations are valid only after written confirmation from our team.
Submit cancellation requests at least 7 days prior to the scheduled consultation, training, or service date. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.
In exceptional cases, we may allow rescheduling at our sole discretion. Rescheduling does not include a refund of fees and remains subject to availability and management approval.
While core service/consultation fees are non‑refundable, any additional services (e.g., training materials, workshops, wellness sessions) may have separate refund/reschedule policies. Review individual service terms or contact support for clarity.
Health Vista Group reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately once posted on our website. Please review the policy before making any payment or registration.
